My Strengths

Because one of my strengths is discipline, I enjoy having routines and structure. During my service learning experience, I had the children stick to their schedule to avoid chaos.

When I learned that one of my strength areas was 'command', I was not surprised. Though I do not always try to be commanding, my presence seems commanding. I am able to take control of situations and make decisions.

My Strategic Thinking strength theme was strategic. This theme means that I am able to create alternative ways to proceed in situations. I can identify patterns and issues.
